Please read the trading rules below accordingly before placing an order so that you will abide and agree in the followings;

1) All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

 

2) Payment accepted by local bank transfer or paypal in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only. This applies to both Singapore and oversea customers.


3) All paid orders will be processed within 24hours for shipping unless otherwise stated (i.e. pre-order items). We perform quality and quantity check on goods condition before items are sent out. All fragile products are carefully bubble-wrapped to reduce chances of broken item due to mishandling during delivery. Recycled packing materials may be used.

 

4) Local delivery via normal mailing by Singpost will take around 2-3 working days. Sometimes, it may take up to a month. We will not be held responsible for lost mail despatched via normal mailing. Smartpac or registered mailing with tracking number is highly recommended to avoid delay in delivery and to prevent lost mail.

 

5) International delivery will take around 10-30 days upon mailing subject to speed of custom at the destination. Shipping cost is inclusive of tracking number which you will receive it via email. Please check inside junk mail folder, just in case. Your parcel may be subject to the customs clearance, tax and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. We are not responsible for items taken by customs, if any.

 

6) No exchange/refund/cancellation of any order once payment has been made. Refund will only be available due to unavailability of stocks.

7) We reserve our rights to cancel any order without full payment for more than 24 hours from order date.

8) All customers’ details will be treated with the strictest confidence.

9) Products’ picture may differ from computer to computer due to different colour resolution.

10) We reserve the rights to amend any information without prior notice.

11) By placing your orders, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms as stated.
