A) Singapore Delivery

 

Three types of delivery are available:

 

- Free Normal Mailing

- Flat rate of S$3 for Registered Mailing with tracking number per parcel / mailing bag

- Flat rate of S$5 for Smartpac delivery with tracking number

 

B) International shipping

 

Delivery by registered mailing with tracking number.

International shipping cost will be reflected during checkout before payment.

Shipping cost varies based on total order and country of destination.

Tracking number will be updated via email.

Tracking service is available at www.singpost.com

 

Reminder: For tracking numbers offered for international shipping, limited track and trace results are available. SingPost is only able to advise the status of Registered Mails up to the point they leave Singapore. Some destination posts do not offer online results for Registered Mailing Mode. Addressee may call up their Post Office to check on status by providing the tracking number as reference.

 

General Info:

 

* Mei Mei's Signatures is not liable for any lost mail during delivery. All fragile items are protected by bubble wrapped before mailing.

 

* Registered mailing is highly recommended as it comes with tracking number to prevent lost mail. Article status can be checked at here.

 

* Order will be processed within 24 - 48 hours during working day (exclude Saturday and Sunday) upon payment.

 

* Delivery within Singapore will take around 2-3 working days upon mailing.

 

* Delivery from Singapore to other countries will take around 10-20 days upon mailing. Some may take up to 1 month. The speed of custom clearance varies at different country.
