A little settling is expected even with suspension base but a little shaking up will bring it back to normal. As these are hand made in small batches, so they may vary slightly from batch to batch. Only stainless steel balls are used in each bottle of nail polish.
The nail polish is big 3 free which does not contain DBP, toluene and formaldehyde.
